How it works

From their message to your reply

Give it the chat, see what is going on, pick a reply and make it yours. You stay the author the whole way.

A guest message pasted into the Breezily panel, with a Screenshot button, a context box and quick context chips such as This is my boss and I want to say no.
  1. Step 1

    Give it the chat

Breezily only sees what you hand it. Use whichever is quickest where you are.

    • Highlight the message in Chrome, right-click and choose Reply with Breezily.
    • Paste the text into the side panel.
    • Screenshot the chat and add up to four images.
    • Copy it on your phone, switch to the Breezily keyboard and the reply starts on its own.

    WhatsApp

They said: hiya!! random one but are you free saturday

They said: moving flat and the van guy bailed, could really use a hand

They said: should only be a few hours. pizza on me obvs

  2. Step 2

    Get the read first

Before any reply it tells you what is going on: the tone, what they want and the one thing to avoid.

    Read the room

A friendly ask with a sweetener and a vague time estimate. "A few hours" of moving usually means the whole day, so decide how much you can actually give before you answer.

Avoid: A "maybe, let me see" when you already know you cannot do it. It leaves them waiting and you having to say no later.

  3. Step 3

Pick a reply, each a different move

You get two or three replies. Each one makes a different move and says why, so you choose what to do, not just which words.

    Say no warmly

Ah gutted about the van. I can't do Saturday, I've got plans all day. Hope the move goes smoothly x

    Offer a smaller yes

Can't do the whole day but I could come round from 4 and help with the last bits. Any use?

    Ask first

What time are you thinking and how much stuff is there? Want to know what I'm signing up for before I say yes

  4. Step 4

    Adjust it and send

Tap Shorter, Longer, Warmer or Direct until it sounds like you. Under More: More casual, More confident, More professional, More playful and Less emotional. Then copy or insert it, change anything you like and send it yourself.

    First reply

I can't do Friday, I'm working early myself and a 4am start would wreck me. I could pick you up when you land though if that's useful?

    Shorter

Can't do Friday, sorry. Could pick you up when you're back?

    Warmer

Ah I wish I could, Friday's a work day and I'd be useless at 4am. I'd love to come and get you when you land though. Send me the flight?

Got a long thread?

You do not need the whole history. Highlight or paste the last few messages that matter. Or add up to four screenshots of the chat.

Then add one line of context: who they are, what happened or what you want. "We used to date" or "this is my boss" changes the advice more than another twenty messages would.

Questions

Do I need an account?

No. You get 3 replies without signing up. Add your email for 5 a day or upgrade to Pro for no daily limit.

Does it ever send a message for me?

No. You copy or insert the reply, edit it if you want and send it yourself.

Why several replies instead of one?

The hard part is usually deciding what to do, not finding the words. Each reply is a different move, like holding your price or asking a question first, so you can pick the one that fits.

Can I reply to a screenshot?

Yes. In Chrome add up to four screenshots of the chat. On the phone keyboards you can copy a screenshot. On Android you can also share screenshots to Breezily.

What happens to the message I give it?

It is sent to our server to write the read and the replies. It is not stored by default. More on privacy.

Get this in your keyboard
