Saved replies: your lines, on every keyboard
The replies you already wrote, there when you need them.
What saved replies are
Saved replies are your own templates: the check-in message for guests, the polite no to cold pitches, your rates, your address, the "running ten minutes late" text. You write them once and they are there the next time.
They are yours, in your words. Breezily does not write them for you unless you ask it to.
They suit anyone who answers the same questions over and over: hosts, freelancers, small shops, recruiters and anyone with a family group chat that asks when you are coming home.
Type the name, get the reply
Give each saved reply a short name, like "checkin" or "rates". On the iPhone keyboard (in pilot), start typing the name and the whole reply appears in the bar above the keys. Tap it to insert. It works like text replacement, only with full messages.
Saved replies can adapt to the conversation: add a note on when you use one and the keyboard writes a version that fits the chat.
The keyboard also has a Saved replies list you can open and insert from. If you send the same longer message twice, it offers to save it for you.
Synced to your account
Saved replies live in your Breezily account, so the same list is on every device you sign in to. Edit one on your phone and the change is there on the web.
You can add, edit and delete them in the Breezily app or on the web at getbreezily.com/saved-replies.
They shape your replies too
When you ask Breezily for a reply, it can use your saved replies as material. If one fits the message, it appears as the first option, labelled as your saved reply. So the lines you trust come back at the right moment instead of being forgotten in a notes app.

Not sure what to save? Start with our template libraries and adjust them to sound like you: Airbnb host messages, recruiter replies, client replies, declining politely, landlord and tenant and out of office.
Questions
Do I need an account?
Yes, to sync them. Saved replies are stored in your account so they follow you between devices. You can delete them at any time. You can delete your whole account too.
Are saved replies on Android?
The Android keyboard is coming soon and will have the same saved replies. Until then, manage them on the web or in the iPhone app (in pilot).
